Confidentiality and Security Disclaimer

BoardWise is designed with user privacy and data security as top priorities. To minimize risk, BoardWise does not store sensitive user information, documents, or case data in user accounts. All document generation is based on user input during the session, and users retain full control over what is entered and downloaded.

To support long-term access without storing user data, BoardWise offers an optional downloadable session file. This file allows users to save their input locally and re-upload it during a future visit to resume work. BoardWise does not retain, access, or review these files. Users are solely responsible for storing and securing their session files on their own devices.

While the platform uses secure encryption protocols and modern cybersecurity practices, no system is entirely immune to technological vulnerabilities.
