Why was BoardWise created?
BoardWise was founded by a licensed professional who went through the board process personally — and realized how overwhelming, expensive, and isolating it can be. The platform was built to give others the guidance and structure that most people can't afford or access on their own.
Is this legal?
Yes. BoardWise is carefully designed to stay within all applicable laws. We do not offer legal advice, legal interpretation, or representation. Instead, we provide structured tools and guidance that help you create your response and documents, which you will review, revise, and submit on your own behalf. You stay in control — and we stay fully compliant.
Is BoardWise a law firm?
No. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or representation. If your case is complex or you're unsure what to do, we strongly encourage you to consult with a licensed attorney in your state.
Who can use BoardWise?
BoardWise is built for any licensed professional — including nurses, therapists, social workers, educators, and more — who is responding to a complaint or investigation. If you're not sure whether it's right for you, feel free to reach out.
What are session files, and how do they work?
When you use BoardWise, everything happens in a private session. At the end of your session, you'll have the option to download a session file — a secure file that saves your work. We do not store your data on our servers. If you return later, you can re-upload your session file to pick up where you left off.
Will this help me earn CEUs?
BoardWise is not a continuing education provider, but we can help you organize your CEU certificates or attachments. We're working on future integrations — stay tuned!
Do you keep my documents or personal information?
No. We use a zero-data-retention system. Your session data is only available while you're actively working. Once your session ends, it is wiped from our servers. You control what to download and keep. We do not store or access your documents after the session ends. The only information stored by BoardWise is account login/profile information.
How much does BoardWise cost?
BoardWise is available for a one-time payment of $499 — no subscription, no hidden fees. You get full access to the platform and tools, and lifetime access to your downloadable materials.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
We do not offer refunds after you've accessed the system and generated materials. However, if you experience a technical issue or believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we'll do our best to make it right.
